What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, PayNow/PayLah, and bank transfer.
How will my orders be fulfilled?
Customers may choose between two options, delivery and pickup. Delivery costs $5, while pickup is free. Please contact us at [email protected] to arrange a pickup timing after placing an order.
How often are deliveries made?
Orders are sent out every second and fourth Wednesday of the month, and will reach your doorstep the next day (Thursday). Please refrigerate immediately upon receipt.
How long do your products last?
Bon Bon Bueno lasts for 9 months when unopened and refrigerated.
My order is damaged, missing, or incorrect.
