What is Jiro Meat?
Jiro Meat is made from the upcycling of okara (soybean pulp) which is the byproduct of soybased food processing for products such as tofu. The upcycled okara undergoes solid-state Fermentation, transforming it into a nutritious plant-based meat with versatile culinary usage.
