In today’s world, the food manufacturing and processing industry is expanding
rapidly, offering consumers an extensive array of products. Nonetheless, by-products generated during food processing are frequently discarded, despite being rich in valuable nutrients. As the first Solid-State Fermentation Pilot Facility in Southeast Asia, we recognise a unique opportunity to integrate food technology with sustainable practices. By applying Solid-State Fermentation technology, we aim to valorise these food by-products and transform them into meaningful, high-value products for consumers
